为了更高效自动地控制乏燃料批式溶解器溶解过程中的反应温度,设计了一套基于PID调节的温度控制系统,并借助500kg铀批式溶解器水力学试验台架进行了试验验证。文章从硬件选型、软件设计、参数调试等方面详细介绍了该温度控制系统的设计与调试,从试验结果可以看出,该温度控制方法效果良好,为后续乏燃料后处理厂的设计提供了一定的参考依据。
In order to control the reaction temperature in the process of dissolving the spent fuel batch dissolver more efficiently and automatically, a set of temperature control system based on PID regulator was designed and tested with 500kg uranium batch dissolver hydraulics test bench. The article introduces the design and debugging of the temperature control system in terms of hardware selection, software design and parameter debugging.
