近年来,我国高层建筑发展迅猛,特别是次高层住宅建筑尤为众多(次高层一般指9层~16层,高度在50m以下建筑物)。这种次高层住宅结构设计形式均都采用钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构或钢筋混凝土框架——剪力墙结构。剪力墙的布置力求均匀对称,且尽量布置在结构单元端部附近,设计的剪力墙厚度均在200mm~240mm之间。因剪力墙厚度较薄,这样给施工带来一定困难。本文根据施工现场实际情况,略作几点构造方面分析,并提出合理的处理方法。
In recent years, China’s high-rise buildings have been developing rapidly, especially in the sub-high-rise residential buildings (second-level high-rise generally refers to the 9th to 16th floors, and buildings with a height of less than 50m). The secondary high-rise residential structural design forms all adopt the reinforced concrete shear wall structure or the reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure. The arrangement of the shear walls strives for uniform symmetry, and is arranged as close as possible to the ends of the structural units. The thickness of the designed shear walls is between 200 mm and 240 mm. Because of the thin wall thickness of the shear wall, this poses some difficulties for construction. According to the actual situation of the construction site, this article analyzes several structural aspects and proposes a reasonable treatment method.
