以硅胶为载体,将壳聚糖负载于其上,辅以交联剂,在微波条件下进行交联反应,制备出一种新型的吸附树脂。探讨无机基质、交联剂的种类及加入量对吸附性能的影响。结果表明:在以硅胶为基质时,戊二醛为交联剂且加入量为3.0%时,吸附性能最好,对Cr6+的吸附率可达到98.51%。
Using silica gel as carrier, chitosan was supported on it and cross-linking agent was added to carry out cross-linking reaction under microwave condition to prepare a new type of adsorption resin. The effects of inorganic matrix and cross-linking agent on the adsorption properties were discussed. The results showed that when silica gel was used as the substrate, glutaraldehyde was the crosslinking agent, and the best adsorbability was obtained when the amount of glutaraldehyde was 3.0%. The adsorption rate of Cr6 + could reach 98.51%.
