2006年1月25日,富力集团总裁张力在北京富力城召开的新闻发布会上指出,2005年对富力地产意义重大,富力集团“已形成广州与外区双拳出击,驶上高速发展快车道的崭新局面”。据称,富力集团2005年销售业绩达82亿元,连续3年获得高速增长。综合实力位居全国房地产企业第一名。这是继2003年的43亿、2004年的64亿元之后,又获得的同比增长28%的销售佳绩,这其中,广州地区19个项目总销售额为41亿元,北京及天津5大项目总销售额41亿元。
