甘肃省白银市群众艺术馆成立于1986年6月,是政府设立的公益性文化事业单位,副县级建制。2011年、2014年连续两次被文化部评为一级馆。现编制27人,其中高级职称3人,中级职称10人,助理馆员8人。内设综合办公室、展出演出部、文艺创研部、辅导培训部。下辖白银市“爱乐”合唱团、“银声”中老年合唱团、“小银铃”少儿合唱团、“小凤凰”少儿舞蹈团、“群星”青年舞蹈团、市群众文化学会、市书画研究会等馆办团队和组织。聚集着一批在文学艺 Baiyin City, Gansu Province Mass Art Museum was established in June 1986, is the government established public welfare cultural institutions, vice county-level system.
