Five years ago, when I was in charge of borrowing circulation affairs at the China Academy of Art Library, I was fortunate to be involved in the compilation of “A Summary of the Originals of the Chinese Academy of Art Library”. After completing this project, I have successively participated in the ancient books census training class sponsored by the National Center for Ancient Books Protection and the lectures of relevant experts from the National Library, so I started to work on the protection of ancient books. To root in the heap of ancient books, must contact the most bitter most boring school notes. Three years ago, at the suggestion of director Yu Bing, director of the library collection and reading department, I started to prepare the school note “Wu Xiangqiu” script. “Wu Xiangqiu,” a play with incense ball as the main line, described the male protagonist Long Guanbao and Siying marriage of good fortune, which interspersed with the national crisis, revenge, plot ups and downs twists and turns. Kunqu Opera “Wu Xiangqiu” was performed on the stage of opera in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China. It was also adapted by many local operas and rap arts, but later disappeared, and the reason was unknown.
