随着职业化教育的推进,成人高等教育如何转变传统的课程与教学体系,向职业化课程体系转型是目前亟需探索的重要课题。本研究通过文献调查、案例分析,解读了“1+N”的内涵,分析了成人高等教育“1+N”课程体系的现状与主要问题,并结合北京市东城区职业大学工商管理、计算机、学前教育和酒店管理专业的实践活动总结了“1+N”课程体系典型模式,以期为职业化背景下独立设置成人高校的课程体系构建提供一定的实践基础。
With the advancement of professional education, how to change the traditional curriculum and teaching system in adult higher education and transform it into a professional curriculum system is an important topic that needs to be explored urgently. Through the literature investigation and case analysis, this study interprets the connotation of “1 + N ” and analyzes the status quo and major problems of adult higher education “1 + N ” curriculum system. The typical practice of “1 + N” course system is summarized in the practical activities of management, computer, pre-school education and hotel management major, with a view to providing some practical basis for the establishment of the curriculum system of adult colleges and universities independently under the background of professionalization.
