实施环三都澳区域发展战略,推进海峡西岸经济区东北翼中心城市建设,既为环三都澳区域非公有制企业党组织拓展了工作空间,又为其发挥作用提出了新的更高要求。当前环三都澳非公有制企业党组织建设中存在一些问题制约着其作用的发挥。因此,必须以党的十七大精神为指导,围绕实施环三都澳区域发展战略,在五个方面上下功夫,扎实开展党建工作,充分发挥非公有制企业党组织作用,为环三都澳区域非公有制企业健康发展提供强有力的政治保证和精神动力。
The implementation of the regional development strategy of Central Sandu and the promotion of the construction of the northeast wing central city of the Economic Zone on the Western Coast of the Taiwan Strait not only broaden the working space for the party organizations of the non-public ownership enterprises in the Central Sanduao Region but also set new and higher requirements for its role. At present, there are some problems in the construction of Party organizations in non-public-owned enterprises in Sanduao, which restrict their functions. Therefore, we must take the guidance of the 17th National Congress of the CPC as a guide and focus on the implementation of the regional development strategy of Central and Sandu. We will work hard in five areas, solidly carry out the work of party building, give full play to the role of party organizations in non-public ownership enterprises, The healthy development of non-public-owned enterprises provides a powerful political guarantee and spiritual motivation.
