河南油田75t/h燃煤注汽锅炉配套水处理系统是全膜法水处理系统,其采用膜分离技术将水中的杂质去除,产得电阻率10MΩ·cm以上的高纯水,产水量90t/h,满足75t/h燃煤注汽锅炉水质指标。水处理系统工艺流程:多介质过滤器+超滤+单级反渗透+EDI。与传统的离子交换树脂相比具有能够连续运行,不需要化学试剂再生,无废液外排,操作简单、自动化程度高,占地面积小等特点,在水处理行业被广泛应用。但全膜法水处理系统比较脆弱,采用的膜易被杂质污染,且遇到高温或氧化性物质、高价金属离子时易降解,对入水的水质要求比较高,且波动性不大。
