幼儿园教师或父母对儿童的“保护”行为,内容精细,名目众多。任何有“不安”因素存在的事件或环境,都会引起父母和教师的高度警惕,严加防范和控制,儿童只允许在父母或老师划定的“安全”区域内活动,竭力为儿童营造一个真空的生长环境。儿童年龄幼小,理应需要成人的保护和关怀,但是,现实生活中,成人的这种保护已经超出的正常保护需要的力度以外。而大自然发展的规律告诉我们,任何事物的存在都有它的理由,自然界就是一个多样化存在的集合体。儿童的生长需要一个真实、自然的多元化环境,不管是“安全”还是“不安”的环境和事件,都是儿童成长需要的条件和养分,才能使儿童各方面得到平衡的发展。教师或父母应该尊重儿童成长需要的自然环境,学会接纳和包容“不安”环境和事件的存在,然后进行合理的引导,让儿童能够亲自体验自己成长的滋味。
