介绍了一种兼顾全网发电费用最小和电网收益最大的日有功交易计划制定方法 ,通过定义目标函数的隶属函数从而将确定性问题模糊化 ,然后采用最大隶属度法将多目标问题转化为单目标非线性规划问题 ,然后可求解 ,对一个火电系统算例仿真表明该策略与确定性的单目标模型相比在各单目标轻微伸缩的情况下更能使双目标综合考虑更好。
A method of formulating a daily active trading plan that takes into account the minimum power generation cost of the entire network and the maximum revenue from the grid is introduced. The membership function of the objective function is defined to obscure the deterministic problem, and then the maximum degree of membership method is used to convert the multi-objective problem into a single. The objective non-linear programming problem can then be solved. Simulations of a thermal power system example show that the proposed strategy can better consider the dual objectives when compared with the deterministic single-objective model when each single objective is slightly scaled.
