目的:探讨血清甲胎蛋白、α-L-岩藻糖苷酶、糖类抗原19-9、恶性肿瘤相关物质群对原发性肝癌的诊断价值。方法:对116例原发性肝癌、82例良性肝病和40例正常体检者进行血清甲胎蛋白、α-L-岩藻糖苷酶、糖类抗原19-9、恶性肿瘤相关物质群同步测定,并对照。结果:原发性肝癌患者血清甲胎蛋白、α-L-岩藻糖苷酶、糖类抗原19-9、恶性肿瘤相关物质群水平和阳性率均明显高于正常对照组及良性肝病组(P<0.01);联合检测的敏感性和诊断准确性均高于单项检测。结论:联合检测血清甲胎蛋白、α-L-岩藻糖苷酶、糖类抗原19-9、恶性肿瘤相关物质群对原发性肝癌诊断具有重要价值。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of serum alpha-fetoprotein, alpha-L-fucosidase, carbohydrate antigen 19-9 and malignant tumor-related substance groups in primary liver cancer. Methods: Serum alpha-fetoprotein, alpha-L-fucosidase, carbohydrate antigen 19-9 and malignant tumor-related substance groups were simultaneously detected in 116 cases of primary liver cancer, 82 cases of benign liver disease and 40 cases of normal subjects. Results: The levels of serum alpha-fetoprotein, alpha-L-fucosidase, carbohydrate antigen 19-9, and the number of malignant tumor related substances in patients with primary liver cancer were significantly higher than those in normal control group and benign liver disease group <0.01). The sensitivity and diagnostic accuracy of combined detection were higher than single detection. Conclusion: The combined detection of serum alpha-fetoprotein, alpha-L-fucosidase, carbohydrate antigen 19-9, and malignant tumor-related substance groups is of great value in the diagnosis of primary liver cancer.
