随着现代医学和电子学技术的发展,临床心电学、心电生理学等得以迅速发展。临床医疗研究工作中,仪器设备、检查项目日新月异。除了传统的常规体表心电图以外,由之衍生的动态心电图(Holter)、希氏束电图、心室晚电位、心率变异性等项目已广泛应用于临床,但尚无统一标准,影响到学科的发展,迫切需要制定名词术语,仪器性能,操作方法,测量诊断的统一规范和标准。中华医学会心电生理和起搏分会心电图学学组成立之后,立即开展了心电标准化的研究工作。在总结借鉴国内外有关专家学者们经验的基础上,委托王思让、杨虎、杨世豪、吴杰、陈端、吴祥和黄永麟等教授于1995年分别起草了心电图学名词术语标准化、心电图机标准化、常规心电图操作标准化,心电图测量标准化和动态心电图工作指南等文稿。1996年12月在北京举行了“中国心电标准化”首次研讨会,我国心血管病学、心电学界的老前辈和著名专家黄宛、林传骧、陈新、孙瑞龙、顾复生、吴宁、王方正、黄从新、李清朗、徐成斌、郭继鸿等教授及心电图学学组成员.共182名代表出席了会议,对上述文稿(除心电诊断标准外)进行了认真的讨论。1997年8月中华医学会心电生理和起搏分会第二次心电图学研讨会在沈阳召开,有300多位专家及代表参加。再次对修改稿进行了讨论并原则通过。会后在广泛征求意见的基础上又重新进行了修改。经学会陈新、孙瑞龙教授终审后将分期刊出,供同行在临床实践中借鉴。然而任何标准都有其局限性和时间性。随着心电学技术的发展和实践中的再认识,我们将定期修订完善已发佈的标准,补充新的标准。欢迎各位同行、专家、学者关心和支持并积极参与中国心电标准化工作。
With the development of modern medical and electronics technologies, clinical electrocardiography, electrocardiology, etc. have been rapidly developed. In clinical medical research work, equipment, inspection items are changing with each passing day. In addition to the conventional conventional body surface electrocardiograms, items such as Holter, Histogram, ventricular late potential, and heart rate variability, which have been derived from them, have been widely used in clinical practice. However, there is no uniform standard, affecting subjects. To develop, it is imperative to formulate terms, instrument performance, operation methods, and uniform specifications and standards for measurement and diagnosis. After the establishment of the electrocardiography group of the Chinese Medical Association’s electrocardiology and pacing branch, the ECG standardization research work was immediately carried out. After summing up the experiences of experts and scholars at home and abroad, they commissioned professors Wang Sirang, Yang Hu, Yang Shihao, Wu Jie, Chen Duan, Wu Xianghe, and Huang Yonglin to draft the standards of electrocardiogram terms, ECG standardization, and general electrocardiogram respectively in 1995. Standardization of operations, standardization of electrocardiogram measurements, and guidelines for dynamic electrocardiogram work. In December 1996, the first seminar on “China Electrocardiology Standardization” was held in Beijing. Huang Wan, Lin Chuanxi, Chen Xin, Sun Ruilong, Gu Fusheng, Wu Ning, the oldest and most famous experts in cardiology and electrocardiology in China. Professors Wang Fangzheng, Huang Congxin, Li Qinglang, Xu Chengbin, Guo Jihong and other members of the electrocardiography team attended the meeting and 182 people attended the meeting and discussed the above manuscripts (except ECG diagnostic criteria). In August 1997, the Second Electrocardiography Symposium of the Electrocardiology and Pacing Branch of the Chinese Medical Association was held in Shenyang. More than 300 experts and representatives attended the seminar. The revised draft was discussed again and adopted in principle. After the meeting, it was revisited on the basis of extensive consultation. After the final review of Professor Chen Xin and Professor Sun Ruilong, they will be published in separate journals for reference by peers in clinical practice. However, any standard has its limitations and timeliness. With the development of electrocardiography technology and the re-understanding of practice, we will periodically revise and improve the published standards and add new standards. All colleagues, experts, and scholars are welcome to care for and support and actively participate in China’s ECG standardization work.
