本文首先介绍了室内材料物品全尺寸环境舱的测试原理,并提出了一种控制精度高、建造成本低的环境舱建造方案。环境舱由3部分构成:环境舱本体系统,新风净化系统和温、湿度控制系统。而后,对已建造环境舱的性能进行了实验研究,实验结果表明:环境舱漏气量为0.019次/h、混合度为87%,温、湿度控制精度分别为±0.5℃和±5%、背景浓度低于标准值的10%,可用于VOC的散发测试。在此基础上,开展了家具VOC的散发测试实验,并对散发规律进行了初步研究。
This paper firstly introduces the test principle of full-size environmental chamber for indoor material items and proposes a construction scheme of environmental chamber with high control precision and low construction cost. The environmental chamber consists of three parts: environmental chamber body system, fresh air purification system and temperature and humidity control system. Then, the performance of the constructed environment chamber was experimentally studied. The experimental results show that the leakage rate of environment chamber is 0.019 times / h, the mixing degree is 87%, the precision of temperature and humidity control is respectively ± 0.5 ℃ and ± 5% The background concentration is less than 10% of the standard value and can be used for emission testing of VOCs. On this basis, the emission test of furniture VOC was carried out, and the law of emission was studied.
