由马鞍山钢铁设计研究院承担工厂设计和设备设计、洛阳矿山机器厂制造的我国第一套全连轧棒材生产线最近热试成功.三明棒材工程于1993年12月动工兴建,设计年产量24万t,总投资2.63亿元.设计中采用了连铸坯热装热送、步进底式加热炉并配置燃烧自动控制系统,轧线全连轧、轧机呈平立交替布置,实现无扭轧制,成品最高轧制速度可达17m/s,轧件控制水冷装置、轧制全线采用计算机控制、高架式布置轧机等10多项国内外先进技术,技术装备达到国际80年代中后期水平.整条轧制线除引进计算机自动控制系统和少量关键设备外,设备国产化率高达98%.它的建成投产将对我国冶金行业提供良好的指导作用.马鞍山钢铁设计研究院自“七五”开始,结合引进工程,进行消化吸收和开发
