雁北地区土产果品公司在山西农大帮助下,试验成功新的苹果贮藏法——分层堆放气调贮藏,使库位利用率大为提高,贮藏质量与塑帐气调贮藏效果相同。目前果库一般高度为3.5米,多采用单层堆放,有近2/3的空间没有利用。单层堆放每平方米贮量为956斤左右,而分层堆放则可贮1,604斤,库位利用率提高67%。他们贮藏的青香焦苹果,贮藏前硬度为17.2磅/厘米~2,含糖量为13.4%。贮藏95天测定,分层贮藏硬度为15.2磅/厘米~2,含糖量14.5%;
With the help of Shanxi Agricultural University, Yanbei indigenous products company successfully tested the new apple storage method - layered storage and controlled atmosphere storage, greatly improving the utilization ratio of storage locations.
