目的 :研究不同体脂成分的青年人的代谢特征,探讨青年人体脂率与静息代谢率的关系。方法 :采用VO2000心肺功能系统测量青年男女在安静状态下的气体代谢,进而计算出静息代谢率。采用型号为GAIAKIKO的身体成分仪测定受试者的体脂率。结果 :不同体脂率的青年人的安静状态气体代谢特征体现出一定的规律性,即静息代谢率与体脂率呈显著负相关,男性相关系数为-0.489,女性为-0.472,提示通过抗阻力训练或其他训练手段提高机体肌肉含量,可提高静息代谢率,进而促进脂肪消耗。体脂率与每分通气量也呈负相关,但与潮气量和呼吸频率不具有相关性。
OBJECTIVE: To study the metabolic characteristics of young people with different body fat components and to explore the relationship between body fat percentage and resting metabolic rate in young people. Methods: VO2000 cardiopulmonary system was used to measure the gas metabolism of the young men and women in a quiet state, and then calculate the resting metabolic rate. Subjects were tested for body fat percentage using a GAIAKIKO body composition meter. Results: The gas metabolism characteristics of the young people with different body fat percentage showed regularity, that is, the resting metabolic rate was negatively correlated with the body fat percentage. The correlation coefficient was -0.489 for males and -0.472 for females Resistance training or other training to improve the body’s muscle content, can improve the resting metabolic rate, thus contributing to fat consumption. Body fat percentage and minute ventilation also showed a negative correlation, but not with tidal volume and respiratory rate.
