深层搅拌法是软土地基化学加固工法之一,它是利用深层搅拌机械把固化剂(水泥或石灰等)输送到软土层中,同时进行机械搅拌,使固化剂和软土充分拌和,在水的作用下,固化剂和软土之间产生一系列物理化学反应,改变了原来软土的性质,使之硬结成水泥土体或石灰土体。这种水泥土或石灰土,具有显著的整体性和水稳定性,并具有明显高于原状土的强度。本文主要探讨深层搅拌法的技术要点及应用。
The deep mixing method is one of the chemical reinforcement methods for soft soils. It uses a deep mixing machine to convey the curing agent (cement, lime, etc.) to the soft soil layer, and at the same time, mechanically agitates the hardener and the soft soil. Under the action of water, a series of physical and chemical reactions between hardeners and soft soils change the properties of the original soft soils, making them hardened into cement-soil or lime-soil bodies. This cement soil or lime soil has remarkable integrity and water stability, and has a significantly higher strength than the original soil. This article mainly discusses the technical points and applications of deep mixing method.
