目的:探讨加味逐瘀颈康汤联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖治疗颈椎病的疗效及对患者血清血栓素Bn 2(TXBn 2)水平的影响。n 方法:选择舟山市妇幼保健院2017年6月至2019年6月收治的颈椎病患者82例，依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组41例。对照组患者给予硫酸氨基葡萄糖治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合加味逐瘀颈康汤治疗。两组疗程均为4周。比较两组治疗疗效，治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、颈肩痛相关功能障碍量表(NDI)和血清TBXn 2水平变化。n 结果:观察组总有效率为92.68%，高于对照组的70.73%(χn 2＝6.609，n P<0.05)。观察治疗后VAS评分为(3.82±0.42)分，低于对照组的(4.52±0.38)分(n t＝8.479，n P<0.05)。观察组治疗后NDI评分为(22.31±2.68)分，低于对照组的(27.39±1.89)分(n t＝9.919，n P<0.05)。观察组治疗后血清TBXn 2水平为(57.84±3.19)ng/L，低于对照组的(65.74±2.48)ng/L(n t＝12.519，n P<0.05)。n 结论:加味逐瘀颈康汤联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖治疗颈椎病的疗效良好，可减轻疼痛，改善颈肩相关功能，降低TBXn 2水平，值得临床借鉴。n “,”Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of modified Zhuyujingkang decoction combined with glucosamine sulfate on cervical spondylosis and its influence on the serum level of thromboxane B2(TBXn 2).n Methods:From June 2017 to June 2019, 82 patients with cervical spondylosis in the Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Zhoushan were selected, and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random digital table method, with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with glucosamine sulfate, and the observation group was treated with modified Zhuyujingkang decoction on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment in both two groups was 4 weeks.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.The changes of VAS, NDI and TBXn 2 before and after treatment were compared.n Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.68%, which was higher than 70.73% of the control group(χn 2=6.609, n P<0.05).
