基于FCC和河沙颗粒的局部瞬时颗粒浓度时间序列,研究了循环床上行气固两相流中团聚物的颗粒浓度及其与时均颗粒浓度之间的关系。实验分析揭示出团聚物内部颗粒浓度与当地时均颗粒浓度不仅具有明显的相关性,而且两种浓度在径向上亦具有相同的自相似分布特征,并由此给出了团聚物内部颗粒浓度与当地时均颗粒浓度相互关系的经验关联式,研究结果对描述气固上行两相流的结构形态和建立流动模型有重要意义。
Based on the local instantaneous particle concentration time series of FCC and Heisha particles, the particle concentration of agglomerates in the gas-solid two phase flow in the circulating bed and its relationship with the hourly average particle concentration were studied. The experimental analysis revealed that not only the internal particle concentration of the agglomerates and the local time-average particle concentration have obvious correlation, but also the two self-similar distribution characteristics in the radial direction, and the relationship between the internal particle concentration and Local empirical correlation between particle concentration and time, the results of the study on the structure of the gas-solid upstream two-phase flow and the establishment of flow model is of great significance.
