文章在层次分析法的基础上评价了财务性股权投资风险的影响因素状况,研究结果显示,在整个财务性股权投资过程中,管理团队因素和财务因素是影响投资风险的最主要的两种因素,其他各方面的因素在一定程度上也会给财务性股权投资带来风险。
Based on AHP, the article evaluates the status of the factors that affect the risk of financial equity investment.
