建筑于海洋环境影响中的钢筋混凝土与预应力混凝土桥梁,钢筋腐蚀是混凝土结构耐久性降低甚至破坏的首要原因。文章以琼州大桥为例,介绍了琼州大桥下部结构混凝土耐久性防腐设计及施工质量控制,其基本措施是采用较厚的保护层厚度,避免混凝土开裂和采用密实的优质混凝土,同时在混凝土中掺加阻锈剂的附加特殊防腐蚀措施。实践证明,这些措施对属于海洋环境中桥梁耐久性设计及施工均有参考价值。
Reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete bridges, which are built on the influence of the marine environment, are the primary reason for the decrease or even the deterioration of the durability of concrete structures. Taking Qiongzhou Bridge as an example, this paper introduces the durability anticorrosive design and construction quality control of the substructure concrete of Qiongzhou Bridge. The basic measures are to adopt a thick protective layer thickness, to avoid cracking of concrete and to use dense high-quality concrete, and to mix in concrete Add anti-rust agent special anti-corrosion measures. Practice has proved that these measures are of reference value to the design and construction of the durability of bridges in the marine environment.
