按照国家统计局的传统分类方法,中小企业一般是指那些固定资产少于1000万元,企业员工不足500人的企业。以这种划分方式,我国中小企业约有1000万家。但是近年来,随着经济全球化的逐步深入,尤其是WTO越来越近,中小企业面临着来自国内外的更大竞争压力。为此,国家把推进中小企业信息化进程放在企业发展的优先位置。充分利用信息技术,不断提高企业IT应用水平,提高信息资源的获取能力,改造传统产业、发展高新技术,不断提高企业的开发创新能力、企业经营管理能力和竞争力,为中小企业打造崭新的商务运营模式。为此,联想电脑公司商用市场部制定了中小企业计划。
