日前,政府—社会组织合作经验交流会在京召开。会议深入交流研讨了近年来政社合作所取得的积极进展,全面分析判断了政社合作的变化趋势和政策导向。会议指出,当前政社合作正面临极为难得的发展机遇,政府职能转变加快和社会组织功能定位调整,社会组织的新作用日益凸显,政府与社会组织的新关系逐渐重构,政府与社会组织良性互动的理论与现实基础已初露端倪。大力推进政府社会组织合作互动进程,创新社会组织管理体制和运行机制,对促进我国社会组织健康发展和推动和谐社会建设具有重要的现实意义。
