目的讨论新生儿听力筛查,早期发现有听力障碍的新生儿并对其进行早期干预、治疗。方法用MAICOMB11的贝尔风专利探头进行全自动听性脑干反应测试系统(automated auditory brain-stem response testing,AABR)进行新生儿的听力筛查,对出生2~3d和30~42d的新生儿分别进行听力的初筛和复筛。结果759例中初筛一次通过694例,占91.44%;未通过者65例在30~42d复筛通过者61例,占93.85%;复筛未通过者4例;其中有1例确诊为新生儿的听力障碍,发生率1.3‰。结论2~3d新生儿听力普遍筛查及30~42d复筛具有重要的临床意义,有助于提高诊断的准确性。
Objective To discuss newborn hearing screening, early detection of hearing impaired newborn and its early intervention and treatment. Methods A neonatal hearing screening was performed using the automated auditory brain-stem response testing system (AABR) with Bell’s wind patented probe from MAICOMB11. The newborns at 2 ~ 3d and 30 ~ 42d of birth Hearing the initial screening and re-screening. Results Among the 759 cases, 694 cases passed the primary screening at one time, accounting for 91.44%; 65 cases failed to pass screening at 30-42 days, 61 cases (93.85%) were screened, 4 cases were not screened, and 1 case was diagnosed as a newborn Children’s hearing impairment, the incidence of 1.3 ‰. Conclusion 2 ~ 3d neonatal hearing screening and 30 ~ 42d rescreening has important clinical significance, which will help to improve the diagnostic accuracy.
