为了合理利用空域资源,提高空中交通运行效率与安全,对空域扇区的动态容量进行了研究。根据空域的三维结构对飞行受限区进行定义,并以飞行受限区对扇区结构的覆盖情况为基础,建立了飞行受限区对扇区动态容量影响模型。以西安02号扇区空域结构为例进行仿真分析,分析结果表明:改航点到航路距离越远,扇区动态容量越小;管制员经验越少,扇区动态容量越小;改航后的航空器间隔越大,扇区动态容量越小。
In order to make rational use of airspace resources and improve the efficiency and safety of air traffic operations, the dynamic capacity of airspace sectors has been studied. Based on the three-dimensional structure of the airspace, the restricted area is defined. Based on the coverage of the sector structure in the restricted area of flight, the influence model of the restricted area on the dynamic capacity of the sector is established. Taking Xi’an No. 02 sector airspace structure as an example, the simulation analysis is carried out. The results show that: the farther the flight departure point is from the route, the smaller the dynamic capacity of the sector; the less controller experience, the smaller the dynamic capacity of the sector; The greater the aircraft interval, the smaller the dynamic sector capacity.
