目的:研究护理专业学生学业求助行为、孤独感与专业适应性间的相关性及学业求助行为在孤独感和专业适应性间的中介作用.方法:选取全日制五年制护理专业840名本科生,采用UCA L孤独感量表、学业求助行为量表、大学生专业适应性量表进行测量.结果:专业适应性与孤独感呈负相关(r=-0.269,P<0.01);工具性求助与孤独感呈负相关(r=-0.173,P<0.01),回避性求助与孤独感呈正相关(r=0.330,P<0.01);工具性求助、执行性求助和专业适应性呈正相关(r=0.098~0.299,P<0.01),回避性求助和专业适应性呈负相关(r=-0.237,P<0.01).结构方程模型发现工具性求助、回避性求助在孤独感与专业适应性间存在部分中介效应,中介效应分别占总效应的0.298、0.413.结论:工具性求助、回避性求助在孤独感与专业适应性间起到部分中介作用.结论:学业求助行为中的工具性求助和回避性求助维度在孤独感及专业适应性间起部分中介作用,孤独感通过减弱工具性求助和增强回避性求助作用降低专业适应性.“,”Objective: To explore the relationship of the academic help-seeking, loneliness and professional adaptability, and the mediating role of academic help-seeking between loneliness and professional adaptability in college students of nursing. Methods: Totally 840 college students were assessed with the scale for Academic Help-Seeking behavior, UCLA loneliness Scale and the Professional-Adaptability Scale. Results: The loneliness was negatively associated with professional adaptability (r=-0.269,P<0.01). The dimensions of instrumental help-seeking was negatively associated with loneliness (r=-0.173,P<0.01) and the avoidance help-seeking was positively associated with loneliness (r=0.330, P<0.01); The dimensions of instrumental help-seeking and executive help-seeking was positive associated with professional adaptability (r=0.098-0.299,P<0.01). And the avoidance help-seeking was negatively associated with professional adaptability (r=-0.237,P<0.01). The result of structural equation modeling indicated that instrumental help-seeking and avoidance of academic help-seeking had partial mediation effect between loneliness and professional adaptability, the value of mediating effect was 29.8% and 41.3% respectively. Conclusion: The instrumental help-seeking and avoidance help-seeking play mediating role between loneliness and professional adaptability in college nursing students, indicating that loneliness would reduce professional adaptability by decreasing instrumental help-seeking and improving avoidance help-seeking.
