立定跳远的动作虽然简单易学。但它对身体素质差、下肢力量弱的同学也有一定的难度。这些人主要表现在起跳时爆发力和后蹬力不足,起跳后身体腾空时间短,造成落地近,成绩不高。此外,技术要领掌握不正确也是影响成绩的一大原因。主要表现在用力不顺畅,动作衔接欠协调。因此,掌握正确的动作要领,发展下肢力量对提高立定跳远成绩尤为重要。
