内糖工农m101单粒雄性不育系选育及杂交优势的研究

本文介绍了甜菜单粒型雄性不育系内糖工农m101的选育过程。先以单粒雄性不育株7418为母本以多粒型自文系自_(12)为父本进行杂交,从杂交母本株上收获的F_1作父本与自_(12)回交,再以回交后代为父本与单粒雄性不育株进行杂交,在10年内选育出了单粒雄性不育系。并对m101的选育实践及m101×8-8_(722)组合的杂种优势进行了讨论。 This article introduced the sugar beet single male sterile line sugar workers m101 breeding process. First, a single male sterile line 7418 was used as a female parent to cross with a multi-grain type self-line from _ (12) as a male parent. F_1 harvested from the female parent line was used as a male parent backcrossing with self- (12) Then backcross progeny as a male parent and single grain male sterile hybrids, within 10 years of breeding a single male sterile line. The breeding practice of m101 and the heterosis of m101 × 8-8_ (722) combinations were also discussed.
