选拔、培养和造就年轻干部,是一项艰苦细致的工作。近年来,我们按照市场经济的要求,全面理解干部的“四化”方针,不断解放思想,确立不论资历看实绩,不拘小节看主流,不看年龄看水平的用人观念,念活人才真经,大胆启用年轻干部。把有奉献精神,愿意为人民谋利益;有经济头脑,发展经济的思路清晰;有竞争意识,具有开拓进取、敢为人先的精神;有求实的作风和强烈的事业心责任感的年轻同志选拔到领导岗位上来。目前全镇共有镇管干部108名,其中年龄在35岁以下的年轻干部有45名,占总数的41.6％;21个村支部中,4名村支部书记年龄在
