选取相同生长阶段、体重均匀的中华鳖72只,随机分为6组,每组2个平行,每个平行6只。糖萜素的添加量为每公斤饲料0、0.4、0.8、1.2、1.6、2.0 g。结果表明:试验2组中华鳖日增重最大,饲料系数最低,对照组日增重最小,饲料系数最高。试验5组与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05),其它组与对照组相比差异极显著(P<0.01)。试验组的饲料系数与对照组相比极显著降低(P<0.01)。试验5组中华鳖血清生化指标与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05),其它各组与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。由此可见,在一定范围内,糖萜素能促进中华鳖的生长,降低饲料系数,提高饲料利用率;同时可以显著(P<0.05)降低中华鳖血清中尿素氮、甘油三酯及胆固醇的含量,提高总蛋白和白蛋白的含量。
72 Chinese soft-shelled turtles with the same growth stage and uniform weight were randomly divided into 6 groups with 2 in parallel and 6 in parallel. Thus, within a certain range, saccharicterpenin can promote the growth of soft-shelled turtle, reduce the feed efficiency and improve the feed utilization rate; at the same time it can significantly (P <0.05) reduce the blood urea nitrogen, triglyceride and cholesterol Content, increase the total protein and albumin content.
