本文在分析了新管理体制对我国矿业产业组织的影响、组建我国大型矿业集团公司和跨国矿业公司必要性的基础上 ,进一步探讨了运用行政手段迅速组建大集团、企业通过市场经济手段自愿组建大集团、产业组织政策引导下的企业自愿组建与授权经营相结合等三种模式的特点 ,并主张运用第三种模式来推进我国矿业大集团公司的组建和实施矿产资源全球战略
This paper analyzes the impact of the new management system on China’s mining industry organizations and the necessity of establishing large-scale mining group companies and multinational mining companies in China. It further discusses the use of administrative measures to quickly form large groups and companies to voluntarily establish large-scale enterprises through market economic means. The characteristics of the three modes of the combination of voluntary organization and authorized operations under the guidance of the Group and industrial organization policies, and advocates the use of the third model to advance the global strategy for the formation and implementation of mineral resources in China’s mining group companies.
