本文介绍一种快速调谐非共线光参量激光器。通过快速改变泵浦光与光参量激光器中非线性光学晶体光轴的夹角，实现光参量激光器的波长精确和快速调谐，调谐范围从４００ ｎｍ 到７００ ｎｍ ，覆盖整个可见光波段。泵浦光的入射方向由Ｎｅｗ ｐｏｒｔ公司生产的转台控制，精度可以达到０．００１０，转动速度最大可以达到１．５０／ｍ ｓ，转动角度、速度、方向均可由计算机通过ＲＳ２３２ 接口控制，保证了光参量激光器的波长精确和快速调谐
This article describes a fast tuning non-collinear optical parametric laser. By rapidly changing the angle between the pump light and the optical axis of the nonlinear optical crystal in the optical parametric laser, the wavelength of the optical parametric laser can be tuned accurately and quickly. The tuning range is from 400 nm to 700 nm and covers the whole visible wavelength band. The pump light incident direction is controlled by the turntable manufactured by Newport Company. The precision can reach 0.0010 and the maximum rotation speed can reach 1.50 / m s. The rotation angle, speed and direction can be controlled by the computer through the RS232 interface, ensuring Wavelengths of optical parametric lasers are precisely and quickly tuned
