[目的]比较研究盐胁迫下20份苜蓿品种的苗期耐盐性,为耐盐苜蓿品种的选育提供理论依据。[方法]采用0(CK)、0.4%、0.6%、0.8%、1.0%、1.2%Na Cl溶液分别对20份苜蓿种质材料苗期生长发育进行了初步研究。[结果]盐胁迫处理下,20份苜蓿的耐盐性大致分为3类:即强耐盐性苜蓿有紫花苜蓿(澳大利亚引进品种);中耐盐性苜蓿有伊犁苜蓿、苜蓿王、北疆紫花苜蓿、甘农3号苜蓿、布尔津苜蓿、新牧一号苜蓿、阿尔泰杂花苜蓿、阿尔泰黄花苜蓿、新疆大叶苜蓿、北疆苜蓿、奇台苜蓿、阜康苜蓿、巴州苜蓿和沙湾苜蓿;弱耐盐性苜蓿有甘肃润布勒苜蓿、三得利苜蓿、南疆苜蓿,多变苜蓿和敖汉苜蓿。[结论]建议在新疆干旱区种植推广牧草时选择耐盐性强的苜蓿品种。
[Objective] The aim was to comparatively study the salt tolerance of 20 alfalfa varieties under salt stress and to provide the theoretical basis for the breeding of salt-tolerant alfalfa varieties. [Method] The growth and development of 20 alfalfa germplasms at seedling stage were studied with 0 (CK), 0.4%, 0.6%, 0.8%, 1.0% and 1.2% NaCl solution respectively. [Result] Under salt stress, the salt tolerance of 20 alfalfa cultivars was divided into three groups: alfalfa with strong salt tolerance, alfalfa (introduced by Australia), alfalfa with salt tolerance, Yili alfalfa, alfalfa king, northern Xinjiang Alfalfa, Gannon No.3 alfalfa, Burqin alfalfa, Xinmu No.1 alfalfa, Altai alfalfa, Altai alfalfa, Xinjiang big leaf alfalfa, northern Xinjiang alfalfa, Qitai alfalfa, Fukang alfalfa, bazhou alfalfa and sandy Alfalfa; weak salt-tolerant alfalfa Gansu Runbule alfalfa, Suntory alfalfa, southern Xinjiang alfalfa, alfalfa variety and alfalfa alfalfa. [Conclusion] It is suggested that alfalfa varieties with high salt tolerance should be selected when planting forages in Xinjiang arid area.
