齿轮是机械设备的基础零件,齿轮啮合传动是机械传动的主要形式之一,它具有传递运动、扭矩和变速的功能。齿轮广泛应用于各种机械系统,它的运行状态是否正常直接影响整台机器或整个生产线的工作。在石化、发电、冶金业的流程工艺中,齿轮的失效往往会造成整条生产线的停产,给经济带来重大损失。据有关资料统计,由于齿轮失效引起的机械故障,约占10.3％。因此,齿轮工作状态的监测与诊断是十分重要的,是使机器设备从“寿命维修”过渡到“状态维修”必须做的基础工
