以真菌毒素、重金属、农残为主的外源性残留物严重影响着中药的用药安全。半导体量子点纳米粒由于具有独特的光致发光、化学发光、电化学和电致化学发光特性,而被广泛应用于量子探针、量子传感器等领域。该文总结了量子点探针技术的特点及特异性基础,重点介绍了新型量子探针技术在真菌毒素、重金属、农残等快速检测中的应用,并结合中药中外源性残留物污染特点及《中国药典》限量情况概述了中药中三大外源性污染物限量标准及污染状况,展望了量子探针技术在中药安全性评价中的应用前景。
Exogenous residues mainly composed of mycotoxins, heavy metals and pesticide residues seriously affect the safety of traditional Chinese medicine. Semiconductor quantum dots nanoparticles are widely used in quantum probes, quantum sensors and other fields due to their unique photoluminescence, chemiluminescence, electrochemical and electrochemiluminescence properties. This paper summarizes the characteristics and specific basis of quantum dot probe technology, especially introduces the application of new quantum probe technology in the rapid detection of mycotoxins, heavy metals and pesticide residues. Combining with the characteristics of exogenous residues in traditional Chinese medicine The limited edition of “Chinese Pharmacopoeia” summarizes the limit standards and pollution status of the three major exogenous pollutants in traditional Chinese medicine. The application prospects of quantum probe technology in the safety evaluation of traditional Chinese medicines are prospected.
