阐述薄壁和大曲率压力管道对接焊缝超产检测的工艺技术特点，通过与射线检测结果对比，验证超声检测方法的可行性，介绍了在公司13km野外丙烯管道焊缝检测中的成功应用。
The technical characteristics of the overproduction detection of butt welds in thin-walled and large-curvature pressure pipes are described. The feasibility of the ultrasonic testing method is verified by comparison with the radiometric test results. The successful application of the weld testing in the 13km field of propylene pipes is introduced.
