人外周血中的T淋巴细胞,因其能与羊红细胞形成玫瑰花环而加以鉴别与分离。Moretta及同事依据T淋巴细胞表面具有的IgM(Tu细胞).及IgG(Tr细胞)Fc受体,将其分为若干亚群。目前,藉以能检测T细胞表面某些特异性抗原的单克隆抗体为确定T淋巴细胞的亚群提供了又一种方法.近来Reinherz等以及Kay与Horwitz等用Fc受体法及单克隆抗体反应法比较了T淋巴细胞的亚群,认为Tr细胞可能不是T淋巴细胞的亲系。本文报道Tr细胞的一定特征,这些特征是用能以识别T细胞表面其它抗原的
