近年来,我国针织企业通过治理整顿、全面贯彻执行国务院《设备管理条例》,设备管理水平有一定的提高。但是,随着经济体制改革的不断深入,企业逐步成为相对独立的社会主义商品的生产者和经营者,针织工业企业也由单纯生产型向经营开拓型转变,但是,目前的设备管理现状与整个经济体制改革的形势,和针织行业发展生产的要求仍有一定的差距,主要表现在: 1.劳动效率低。维修队伍人数众多,而实际日工作量还不足60%,并且不少人出工不出力。 2.技术水平低。维修队伍技术素质差,进步缓慢,跟不上设备技术水平发展的需要。 3.检测方法落后。
