轴承零件在热处理过程中,由于主客观因素的影响,会产生过热而造成产品不合格.传统返修工艺存在两个局限性,一是造成产品没有足够的加工余量,二是延长生产周期增加能源消耗。通过试验表明:采用200℃、3h回火返修工艺可代替传统返修工艺,并能消除产品中不严重的过热组织和避免上述局限性。但由于JB1255─91标准对淬火过热组织的过热程度没有级别限定,所以在生产应用时还有一定的困难。附图4幅,表2个。
Bearing parts in the heat treatment process, due to the subjective and objective factors, will produce overheating caused by product failure. There are two limitations of the traditional rework process, one is that the product does not have enough machining allowance, and the other is to prolong the production cycle and increase the energy consumption. The tests show that the use of 200 ℃, 3h tempering rework process can replace the traditional rework process, and can eliminate the product is not serious overheating and avoid the above limitations.
