目的研究白花丹醌对荷瘤小鼠细胞因子水平及肿瘤抑制的影响。方法建立小鼠肝癌H22移植性肿瘤模型,采用Elisa法测定细胞因子白介素-2(IL-2)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的水平。结果 20、10、5 mg·kg-1白花丹醌对肝癌H22的生长抑制率分别为29.1、35.4、20.1,白花丹醌能升高荷瘤小鼠血清中细胞因子IL-2、TNF-α的水平。结论白花丹醌具有体内抗肿瘤活性,其抗肿瘤机制可能与升高机体细胞因子水平有关。
Objective To study the effect of plumbagin on cytokine levels and tumor suppression in tumor-bearing mice. Methods Mouse hepatocellular carcinoma H22 transplanted tumor model was established. The levels of interleukin-2 (IL-2) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) were determined by Elisa method. Results The inhibitory rates of 20, 10 and 5 mg · kg-1 plumbagin on the growth of hepatocellular carcinoma H22 were 29.1, 35.4 and 20.1, respectively. Plumbagin could increase the levels of cytokines IL-2, TNF-α s level. Conclusion Plumbagin has antitumor activity in vivo and the anti-tumor mechanism may be related to the increase of cytokines in the body.
