本文报道了三氟羧草剂除草醚在大豆、茎叶及土壤中的残留分析方法。大豆、茎叶样品用0.08mol/1氢氧化钾溶液提取,土壤样品用甲醇加盐酸提取,再经乙醚分配萃取,重氮甲烷甲基化,佛罗里硅土柱层析净化,无水硫酸钠干燥,浓缩后用气相色谱电子捕获检测器检测。通过添加回收率试验,证实了此法的可行性和可靠性,其添加回收率为82.8—91.8%,变异系数为1.09—7.56%,最低检测浓度为0.015ppm,
