用化学还原法在Nafion-117型阳离子交换膜上结合薄层金,制成固体聚合物电解质薄膜上的金电极(Au-SPE)。用电位扫描法考察了电极在酸、碱性溶液中电流与电位的关系,测定了氧还原为过氧化氢的电流效率,发现氧还原过程受阴极液中溶解氧的传质过程所控制。用碱液中的Au-SPE电极对空气中的一氧化碳进行电氧化和检测,得知在相对于相同碱液浓度的Hg/HgO参比电极0.3V的电位下,所产生氧化电流的极限值与一氧化碳含量的百分数相关。电极有被一氧化碳暂时中毒的现象。
A gold electrode (Au-SPE) on a solid polymer electrolyte membrane was prepared by chemical reduction method using a thin layer of gold on a Nafion-117 type cation exchange membrane. The relationship between current and potential in acid and alkaline solution was investigated by potentiometric scanning. The current efficiency of oxygen reduction to hydrogen peroxide was measured. The oxygen reduction process was controlled by the mass transfer of dissolved oxygen in cathodic solution. Electrooxidation and detection of carbon monoxide in the air with an Au-SPE electrode in lye revealed that the limit of the oxidation current generated at a potential of 0.3 V with respect to the Hg / HgO reference electrode of the same alkali concentration Related to the percentage of carbon monoxide content. The electrode is temporarily poisoned by carbon monoxide.
