近些年,我国的经济水平和科学技术等多方面都处于一个快速增长的时期,各行各业为了适应新的经济形势都在不断突破原有技术,发现新的创新点和发展模式,同时我国的法律法规也在不断的完善和健全,形成良好的发展前景。从当前情况看来,法律法规仍存在很多弊端,导致一些长期留下来的问题还是不能很好的解决,本文通过研究分析当前我国的实际发展情况,并对卫生法律法规中长期或者当前的新问题进行总结,分别从设备的质量水平、工作人员的素质和相关法律法规的制定等多方面入手,从而全面综合的发现卫生法律法规在临床上的一些不足、应用的价值和不断完善的策略。
