自从喷射钻井技术广泛应用以来,人们一直在研究如何充分利用喷射钻头在井底获得的水力功率,以获得更好的钻井经济效益。本文介绍了喷射钻头井底流场液流流向、井底排屑量和井底液流压力的试验研究方法及其应用。研究表明,由于井底流场的不完善而形成的涡旋、回流和滞流区是造成岩屑在井底重复破碎,影响井底净化效率的重要因素,改善喷射钻头的井底流场,最大限度地减少这些因素的影响,能够更好地发掘喷射钻井技术的潜力,提高钻井速度,降低钻井成本。
Since jetting drilling technology has been widely used, people have been studying how to make full use of the hydraulic power obtained from jet drills at the bottom of the well for better drilling economic benefits. This paper introduces the experimental research method and its application of jet flow at the bottom flow field flow direction, downhole chip discharge and bottom hole flow pressure. The research shows that the vortex, backflow and stagnation zone formed due to the imperfect flow field at the bottom of the well are the important factors that cause the rock fragments to be repeatedly crushed at the bottom of the well and affect the purification efficiency of the bottom hole, and the downhole flow field of the jet drill is improved, Minimize the impact of these factors, to better tap the potential of jet drilling technology to improve drilling speed and reduce drilling costs.
