目的了解浦东新区社区卫生服务机构经营状况和存在问题,并提出解决方案。方法数据来源于辖区所有社区卫生服务中心经营数据,运用描述性统计进行分析。结果 2011年-2013年医疗收入有所增长,但总收入占比逐年降低。医疗卫生支出呈逐年上升趋势,但总支出占比有所下降。药品费支出、材料费、非财政资本性支出、维修费呈逐年上升趋势,人员支出比例逐年下降。总业务收入、总支出、收支比、财政收入占医疗卫生支出比例均逐年增长。结论在落实基本药物、收支两条线制度过程中,应提高社区医务人员积极性,保障政策的可持续发展。
Objective To understand the operation status and existing problems of community health service institutions in Pudong New Area and propose solutions. Method data from all the community health service center operating data, the use of descriptive statistics for analysis. Results From 2011 to 2013, medical income increased but the proportion of total income decreased year by year. Health expenditure has been increasing year by year, but the proportion of total expenditure has declined. Drug expenses, materials costs, non-financial capital expenditures, maintenance costs increased year by year upward trend, the proportion of personnel expenditures decreased year by year. The total business income, total expenditure, income and expenditure ratio, the proportion of fiscal revenue in health care expenditures are increasing year by year. Conclusion In the process of implementing the two systems of essential medicines, revenue and expenditure, we should increase the enthusiasm of community medical personnel and ensure the sustainable development of policies.
