破伤风,又称＂锁口风＂,因破伤风梭菌感染而诱发的人畜共患病。此病致病菌源为破伤风梭菌,经破损伤口侵入机体,产生大量毒素作用中枢神经系统而诱发此病感染。诊断此病,根据有无创伤史,临床症状明显与否可判断。总结多年来此病的防病经验,科学防治此病,应注意：预防注射破伤风类毒素,注意伤口处理。或尝试用破伤风血清注射,预控此病效果较好。临床发现疑似病例,及早隔离诊治。治疗原则应注意：加强护理、消灭细菌、中和毒素、缓解痉挛、对症施治,西药治疗的同时,还可尝试配合用中药疗法。笔者根据多年诊治此病的经验,对此病的防控展开详
