杀虫灭鼠雾化剂的应用效果研究

目的测定E型消杀雾化剂、C型灭鼠雾化剂和F型百杀净雾化剂的杀虫灭鼠效果。方法以淡色库蚊、家蝇、德国小蠊、美洲大蠊和小白鼠为试验对象,使用多功能超微粒雾化机对E型消杀雾化剂、C型灭鼠雾化剂、F型百杀净雾化剂进行实验室内和实验室外的模拟现场药效研究。结果 E型消杀雾化剂对试虫(淡色库蚊、家蝇、德国小蠊、美洲大蠊)有良好的杀灭作用,最快在密闭15 min、最迟在密闭150 min内击倒率达100%;C型灭鼠雾化剂对小白鼠有良好的杀灭作用,在密闭30 min内击倒率达100%;F型百杀净雾化剂对试虫和小白鼠均有良好的杀灭作用,在密闭120 min内击倒率达100%。上述药剂的试虫试鼠24 h死亡率均达到100%。结论 E型消杀雾化剂、C型灭鼠雾化剂和F型百杀净雾化剂对鼠、蚊、蝇、蟑螂具有较好的击倒和杀灭作用,同时具有高效快速的特点。 Objective To determine the insecticidal and anti-rodent effects of E-type decontamination agent, C-type decontamination agent and F-type decontamination agent. Methods Culex pipiens pallens, Musca domestica, Blattella germanica, Periplaneta americana and white rat were used as experimental objects to test the effects of E-type disinfection nebulizer, C-type anti-nebulizer agent, 100 kill nebulizer for laboratory and laboratory simulation of field efficacy studies. Results E-killing agent had a good killing effect on the test insects (Culex pipiens pallens, Musca domestica, Blattella germanica, and American cockroach) and was knocked out within 15 min at most Rate of 100%; C-type anti-rat fog agent has a good killing effect on mice, knocked down within 30 min in a confinement of 100%; F-type nemesis nebulizer on test insects and mice have Good killing effect, within 120 min confined knockdown rate of 100%. The 24-h mortality of the test insects of the above-mentioned agents reached 100%. Conclusion E-type decontamination agent, C-type decontamination agent and F-type Baijiao nebulizer have good knock-down and kill effects on mice, mosquitoes, flies and cockroaches, and have the characteristics of high efficiency and quickness .
