讨论了目前太阳跟踪方式研究中存在的问题。设计了一种基于四象限太阳位置传感器的太阳跟踪器。控制上,以单片机为核心,对太阳定位传感器的输出信号进行处理,进而控制电机实现对太阳估计位置的跟踪。跟踪策略上,晴天采用光电跟踪,阴天采用日历跟踪,实现了聚光器全天候的自动跟踪。试验表明:该方法在±18°视场角度内的跟踪精度不低于0.1°;在各种天气状况下,跟踪器能够稳定工作,取得了满意的效果。
Discusses the current problems of sun tracking method. A solar tracker based on four-quadrant solar position sensor was designed. Control, the microcontroller as the core, the output signal of the solar positioning sensor for processing, and then control the motor to achieve the estimated position of the sun tracking. Follow-up strategy, the use of optical tracking sunny days, cloudy calendar tracking, condenser automatic tracking around the clock. The experimental results show that the tracking accuracy of this method is not less than 0.1 ° in ± 18 ° field of view. Under various weather conditions, the tracker can work stably and satisfactory results have been obtained.
