宝鸡铁道部电气化器材厂6.2米~2马铁退火炉,作为铁路电气化接触纲线路金具退火,原采用人工加煤,因加煤是周期性的,炉温经常波动,炉内温差大,工件加热质量低,从烟囱大量冒黑烟,严重污染了工厂和市区的环境,损害了工人和居民的身体健康。铁道部建厂局设计处和宝鸡电气化器材厂共同对这台炉子进行了改造,从80年12月底改炉后至今,经过多次使用证明这套燃烧装置运行可靠,经济合理,取得了明显的效果。现将该炉的结构和生产情况介绍如下:
